An overpriced Woolies with rude and crappy customer service. The produce section is always empty and filthy with flies buzzing all over the place. The floors are always a mess.
There is absolutely no room to move around in this place. The back side of the store near the chips always has boxes, trolleys and food in boxes all over the place. It is impossible to see what chips, if any, that are on the shelves. You always have to crawl over all the garbage or move it around just to find what you are looking for.
Everything is overpriced as well
The duty manager is extremely rude and is always yelling either at the employees or the customers. You can even hear her yelling when she is in the back.
There is nothing good about this place. It's too small, over priced, filthy and disgusting.
Clean it!

A horribly run store. I'm willing to overlook the limited product range and cramped aisles (often with packing trolleys blocking an entire path) due to the small floor area they have available. But they can't get the basics of the basics right - having the correct prices shown for items.
Often times I will check the current local Woolies catalog for specials, only to find they're not marked at their special price in this Cronulla store. I have to eagle eye that the right price comes up at the checkout. Even worse though, twice in two weeks I've been overcharged compared to a listed price they had on the shelves. They have reimbursed me both times, but I feel like I can't even shop at this store anymore without making mental notes of every price and going over my receipt. And who knows how many people have been overcharged on these items before me without noticing.
